Yaygın olarak blefaroplasti olarak bilinen göz kapağı estetiği, göz kapaklarının görünümünü iyileştirmek için tasarlanmış bir cerrahi işlemdir. Üst göz kapağına, alt göz kapağına veya her ikisine birden yapılabilir. Prosedürün amacı cilt ve yağ gibi fazla dokuları çıkarmak veya yeniden konumlandırmak, çevredeki kasları ve tendonları güçlendirmek, göz çevresini estetik ve işlevsel olarak iyileştirmektir.

Blefaroplasti, bireyin ihtiyaçlarına göre şekillendirilir, görmeyi bozabilecek düşük göz kapakları gibi sorunlara değinilir ve üst göz kapağında kıvrımlar oluşturan veya üst göz kapağının doğal hatlarını bozan fazla derinin alınması sağlanır. Ayrıca göz altındaki torbaları, alt göz kapaklarındaki sarkmaları, alt göz kapağındaki fazla deriyi ve ince kırışıklıkları da hedefleyebilir. İşlem, göz kapaklarınızın doğal çizgileri boyunca yapılan bir kesi ile başlar; bu kesiden fazla deri, kas ve muhtemelen yağ çıkarılır veya kesi kapatılmadan önce yeniden konumlandırılır. Sonuç olarak daha canlı ve genç bir görünüm elde edilir ve göz kapaklarının sarkması nedeniyle görme bozukluğu yaşama potansiyeli artar. Ameliyat genellikle sedasyon veya genel anestezi ile lokal anestezi altında gerçekleştirilir ve ameliyatın kapsamına ve hastanın genel sağlık durumuna bağlı olarak ayakta veya kısa süreli yatarak tedavi gerektirebilir.

İyileşme Süresi
