Mide Balonu işlemi, diyet ve egzersizin etkili olmadığı durumlarda kilo vermek isteyen kişiler için tasarlanmış, ameliyatsız, geçici bir zayıflama tedavisidir. Kişinin daha hızlı tok hissetmesine ve yiyecek alımını sınırlandırmasına yardımcı olmak ve kilo kaybına yardımcı olmak için midenin içine yumuşak bir silikon balon yerleştirilir.

Genel

Mide Balonu işlemi sırasında, kameralı esnek bir tüp olan endoskop kullanılarak şişirilmiş bir balon ağızdan mideye yerleştirilir. Midede doğru şekilde konumlandırıldıktan sonra balon salin solüsyonu ile doldurulur ve midede yer kaplayacak şekilde konumlandırılır, böylece midenin tutabileceği yiyecek miktarı azalır. Bu işlem ameliyat gerektirmez ve genellikle sedasyon altında 30 dakika ile 1 saat arasında tamamlanır. Mide Balonu, çıkarılmadan önce bir süre (genellikle 6 ay) yerinde kalacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır ve önemli miktarda kilo kaybını başlatmak için geçici bir çözüm sunar. İşlemin ardından hastalara, balon yerindeyken kilo verme yolculuğunu optimize edecek ve çıkarıldıktan sonra da kilo kaybını sürdürecek bir beslenme planı verilir.
